Due to the nature of our stationery products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged item, email us at info@scholared.online with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage and packaging

Once the issue is verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Used or opened products

  • Minor variations in color, print alignment, or texture

  • Change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer

Shipping

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier after delivery confirmation.
